No you did not lose the auction. If we detect that a payment failed we will notify you to arrange a payment by an alternative means. If this is not successful, the auction winner will be assigned to the next highest bidder and you will still be legally liable for the buyer's premium fee.

To give everyone a chance to place their bids, bids made within 15 mins of the end of the auction will trigger the end time being extended by one hour.
A continuous auction is a format where the auction is live without an end date. When some buyer bids above the reserve price of the vehicle, then the auction has 3 days to complete. The car will be sold to the highest bidder after the 3 day period ends.
